Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (€12.95):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Available worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas)
Free Shipping:
– Available for orders over €50
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to Asia and some remote areas due to logistical constraints. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our customer service at [email protected] before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your diving equipment purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your package.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, with all tags and packaging intact
- Original delivery note or invoice must be included
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or defective product
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
- Hoods (Cagoules)
- Booties (Chaussons/Bottillons)
- Glue/Grease/Latex/Cleaning products (Colle/Graisse/Latex/Nettoyant)
Return/Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with the subject line « Return/Exchange Request – [Order Number] ». Use the template provided below.
- Wait for confirmation – Our team will email you return authorization and instructions within 24-48 hours.
- Return the item – Carefully package the item in its original packaging (if possible) and include all required documents. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
- Receive confirmation – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll email you about the status of your refund or exchange shipment.

Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective product
- For credit card payments, it may take 1-2 additional billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If your desired replacement item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit
- We cover shipping costs for replacement items
Defective Items or Our Errors
If you receive a defective item or incorrect product due to our error:
- We will cover all return and replacement shipping costs
- These cases will be prioritized for processing
